The German-Syrian Neurology Society (DSGN) is a non-profit professional organization based in Bad Neustadt, Germany.
Our mission is to support Syrian neurologists in both Syria and Germany, foster professional collaboration, and strengthen ties between the Syrian and German medical communities.

We work towards:

• Establishing medical and neurological cooperation between Syria and Germany, including partnerships between hospitals and exchange programs for Syrian physicians in German clinics.

• Creating a strong network for professional, social, and scientific exchange.

• Supporting young Syrian medical graduates in entering neurological specialty training in Germany, including assistance with licensing, scholarships, and recognition of academic qualifications.

• Organizing conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education events.

• Promoting collaboration between the German Neurology Society and Syrian neurological associations.

• Coordinating humanitarian and medical aid for Syrian hospitals.

The DSGN operates exclusively for charitable purposes, with no profit distribution to its members. Our structure consists of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly, supported by various working groups focusing on specific areas of activity.
